个人简历
安三奇,理学博士,教授,博士生导师。担任Briefings in bioinformatics,Molecular Therapy - Nucleic Acids等十余个国际知名期刊的特约审稿专家和青年编委。2020年获得中山大学中山医学院分子医学博士学位。入选2020年广西医科大学高层次引进人才,2022年广西医科大学杰出青年人才。作为项目负责人主持国家自然科学基金在内的各类研究课题5项。主要研究领域为医学生物信息学,通过收集RNA转录组学数据并分析,揭示复杂疾病中的RNA转录调控新调控理论,新机制和新的治疗靶点。目前已经在m6A的RNA甲基化领域做出了有一定国际影响力的工作。近5年时间,利用公共数据库以第一作者或通讯作者在Nucleic Acids Research, Oncogene, Genes and Diseases, Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics等重要期刊等发表十余项成果。研究成果在领域内得到了关注,发表的论文曾被列为世界学术组织“Faculty Opinions (原F1000Prime)”列为推荐论文。也被重要期刊的论文多次正面引用。
