个人简历

韦吴迪,医学博士,博士后,副研究员,南宁市高层次人才,硕士生导师。主要研究方向是马尔尼菲篮状菌-宿主互作、机器学习和人工智能。近年来,主持国家自然科学基金青年基金项目1项,国家自然科学基金地区科学基金项目1项,中国博士后科学基金面上项目1项,广西青年科学基金项目1项,广西医科大学青年科学基金项目1项,参与国家自然科学基金3项,广西杰出青年科学基金项目1项。目前已在《Communications Biology》、《Clinical Microbiology and Infection》等专业杂志发表论文45篇,SCI 收录31篇,其中以第一作者/共同第一作者发表SCI 16篇,其中中科院一区文章4篇,TOP期刊文章5篇,中文核心论文2篇,获软件著作权6项,申请发明专利6项,其中授权发明专利1项,获得广西科技进步一等奖1项。中国专业IT社区CSDN认定的“人工智能领域优质创作者”,所撰写的《100步入门机器学习》等已获得38万以上阅读量,获得2023CSDN实力新星奖以及CSDN城市之星勋章(南宁市TOP3)。
